My honorbuddy gets stuck on logging in

Hi i just wondered if anyone here knows how to fix it

Honorbuddy v2.5.8690.707 started.
Logging in...

then it gets stuck there forever, i have read many threads from other people who had the same issue but nothing that helped them helped me

Hi DavidDabause,

please download the latest HB version and install it in a new directory. Make sure not to install any other 3rd Party Routine or Addon.
Start HB as admin and make sure that your antivirus/firewall does not block it. Best is to add an exception in your AV to the HB directory.

it's sometime also helps to create a fresh install
