My HB is not starting either

If the Antivirus is not the issue, then your Honorbuddy installation is damaged. A 'clean install' should sort the problem for you:

For me there is the same Problem... But....
This happens only after some time. If i restart my Computer, it works again .. for a time. Than it happens again.
Im using HBRelog & Honorbuddy or only Honorbuddy (Latest Version)

Best thing is.. while i cant start (cause of this error)... HBRelog does his job. Close WoW, Close Bot, ... Start WoW, login,... Start Bot... Bot Works Oo WTF
If i start HB by my self it wont. If i restart HBRelog... even this wont work anymore.
Only a restart helps. So thats why i cant see how the installation would be damaged.
(i did settings clean, a clean install) Problem appears again after a while.

The first step is to switch the WoWclient from DX11 mode to DX9, and restart the WoWclient. More info here:
