My Grind Profile - Help

Hello i have lite problem.

I'm trying to set up a profile and have a problem with the action "Initiating combat with Alpha Vrblther ingroup: False". How can you change the shares.s. The second issue is how to set a companion to gather resources from mobs?

Which combat routine are you using? IF walters you might be using a spec that isnt supported. I remember I would get that Ingroup: false when I was trying to do things with a spec that wasnt supported by walters.
