My first ban.

Hi All,

Just been banned for abuse of the economy. I know it's just bad luck but Jesus... I only bought gold once about 2 months ago. When I bot I only ever do it for a couple of hours and that is with me baby sitting it. Most of my botting was when using Arch buddy and I never sell anything through the AH. To top it off I haven't played WOW for over a month.

Talk about unlucky.

Anyone got any advice on getting unbanned? Thanks.

im guessing for the gold purchase, but the term" abuse of economy" is usually used when blizzard suspect you of botting but cant prove it. Every abuse of economy ban i have received i have had undone.

Just had the ban reversed. ;-)

I sent an emailing explaining the above and they replied that they suspect I was hacked or have a keylogger problem.

From initial ban email to reversal in less that 40 minutes. Is that a record?

im glad u was unbanned. if they banned u for botting as safe as possible. im fucked im botting 24/7 on my main and i sell gold via items. face to face
