My Diablo3 HC guide.

So i have been botting HC for 2months+ with 2 accounts.

One got over 300m collected, other one is at 400m.

I started botting hc when sarkoth was on its peak.

After a few weeks they changed sarkoth drops, and after that i have been botting wrected queen+sarkoth+well.
(U should be able to find profile your' self otherwise i upload.
(14 hours+ a day)

Last week i was testing out stuf and i lost my one BOT (lvl 40+, just from wretched queen)

So now im only doing one bot on hc, and the money there to make is alot lower than there were about a month ago. But still profitable.

So what you need?

10M HC should be enough.
WD
Here is my stats:
para lvl 40+
25k dps
40k hp
no LOH
300life reg... (does not really matter)
150-230@
About talent build, does not really matter since u can easily kill and survive all monsters in act1 inferno.
(OFC U need dogs + gargo and a high dps enchantress is also good.
Why HC?

Hc is easy to setup, does not cost much and has a steady income.
Brimstone was 300k+ 2 weeks ago, but a pretty low now.
Essense was 1500+ a few weeks ago to.
All gems are worth picking up, from 800-(UP TO15000g)when they are on their peak

Trading your HC ->
D2jsp.org, signup and go to section hardcore europe d3 ->
Sell your d3 hardcore gold for forum gold
When you get forum gold you can buy SC gold for it.
After this you should have a ratio for about 2-4. (around 3+ now)
Items: You will never find any 'gosu' items, but u do find valueable items that u can sell.
Remember vitality is best attribute in hc, so those items sell for much more
(highest item sold for me was 12m(that made me over 40m sc)

You should only start hc, if you are on a low budget and fastly wanna get some steady income.
HC Gold bot > SC gold bot
HC gold bot < act3 farming

Many people are asking for questions about HC, i hope this answered some of it, please feel free to ask for more. only used like 10mins for this.

awesome thanks for this. I have a few questions. how much gold per hour you get at ur current set up or with the bot you lost? You ever try using thorns (do they even have thorns in diablo 3?) just in case you lag out? or life replenish? oh and why is that hardcore gold is 3 times greater then soft core? is that just the market? I'd say hard core gold would be worth 4 times or maybe even 5 right? hard core is the biggest gold sink ever

1. Yes there is thorns though it's only against melee. On items this is displayed as: "Melee attackers takes "--" damage per hit". + barb has a skill for +50% thorns (maybe other classes also).
2. HC got a good ITEM sink. If you die you lose the items that the character is wearing. However you do not lose your stash & gold upon death.

Enchantress w/ 10k dps will kill everything on nightmare if you get disconnected.

In June, HC gold was worth 7x the price of softcore. They're different markets with separate economies. Less people farm HC but also less people play HC.

The cheapest goldselling site I have found is called angrygold and they're currently selling HC gold for $1.7mil on US. So if they were going to buy gold from you, I'm guessing you would get $.9/mil at best.

GPH of 300k x $.9/mil = $0.27/hour per bot. -- Hmmm about $5/day per bot running 20/7. I thought it would be less than that.

with the stats you posted it is not completely safe to bot even at hell difficulty. I've got 40k hp 500-600@ and almost 35k dps, and I'm sure I'll die in act1 inferno pretty fast. IMO you have to get uber gear to bot on inferno.

i have also been botting hc wretched queen and sarkoth for a long time, i can sign much of the things mentioned above.

Best HC botting is imho monk (with earth ally), damage enchantress and 1k life-reg (easy obtained with some items) + gold find cause you dont have that high paragon level.

mf is also nice of course.

but don't try to bot HC for profit (exchange to sc gold) because it will never reach the profit you may gain with a good sc-account.

I HAS been very profitable for 2 or 3 weeks in may/june (jsp exchange and so on...) but soon the people realized it and the ratio dropped very fast. there was also very very much scammer around, cause it is not that easy to trade sc/hc....



I really like the idea of getting a HC-Char ready for botting act1 para 0 because the requirement looks like this:

the bot has to survive every possible champ-group and every possible AoE effect when DB or Diablo 3 crashes or connection got lost. And while botting, this happens quite often.

So this HC Bot has to be a truly HP/life-reg/AR/Follower-DPS monster.

when i get bored of sc botting i may try to create such a char and see if the HC-market provides such items.

Oh, sorry, I misread that it was sarkoth + queen. I think my wd can handle it easily too with my stats. I thought you was champhunting in act 1 If I'll have close to 900-1000@res + 100k+ dps, I'll try that someday

how do you come up with .90 cents per million? is there a formula you use?

^no that number is speculation on my part. I've never sold gold to 3rd party sites personally but if that site is selling it to consumers for $1.70/mil, then they probably won't pay more than $.9/mil for gold from farmers because they need to turn a profit to make it worthwhile. You might be able to get a higher return than that for your gold, I see top sellers at playerauctions are selling HC gold for $1.6/mil, so maybe you could undercut them just a little and get $1.2/mil. Price is going to fluctuate though, just like sc gold. Again, I've never sold anything outside of the rmah so I can't give any advice as to that. I'm not quite sure how they protect sellers against chargebacks.
