My DH do not cast some spells

Since 2.2.0 bot has been acting all weird on rotation . it doesnt cast rain of vengeance , im rocking 2 piece nat set so its like a must and its not doing it can we get like a code or something to input in the bot so he casts it off CD because the little checkbox thingy isnt working properly :x
