My buddy bot don't start

Hi i got the key and open hb with the icon on my desktop ,i place the keycode in and i get this message ...see picture
What am i doing wrong ,its my firts time i use this and i only want to use it to lvl some lower alts and get my fishing/arch up .and i have no idea what to do ;D

Ok these 2 errors i am having over and over.
I have my wow on x9 and on 32 bit also and windowd mode but still the errors ,even when i try to send a error report it doesnt work it says i send to many while i never send one before haha
I instald HB complete new again checked all the settings and still it wont work for me,hope you can help me with this info ,thanks :)
Btw the key is good a friend tryded it for me

That might be the problem under the c drive because it would not let me instal there so i made a folder on my desktop to unpack ,going to try something else out to place it in the c: ,thanks will post if it worked
 
Well it was the c position ,it wont dowload it there for me so with some tips and tricks i manage to get it under c and its working ,thanks :)
