I dont have any experience appealing ban, but I readed that some bans are lifted. You need really good adviser if you try appeal your ban, but is it worth for effort if there is, no gold, no premium tanks, no trained crew.
Is it easier to start new account with few euros and be more careful?
Some people botted to top tier tanks, lot more than me and they dont banned?

Haha, this is so true. Anyway, I can pretty safely say that the bans originate from reports and not some snow-shoe or bot tracking software they have in place.

To get your account reset from a ban you will only receive any premium tanks and any gold that was left and any premium time that was left. You do not get reimbursed for anything. All your research/non-premium tanks/modules/statistics battles everything goes back to zero as if you just created an account from scratch.
*If your that hurt about gold spent on the account get a hold of your bank and reverse the payments made to WG. Pretty sure you will never have another account if you do that but you will get $$$ back
