From what I've read from here it's fine to run all the accounts under a single battletag.
This also is beneficial in the sense u can mail yourself Heirlooms (Or as I've heard you can).
Thing is that if you're running instances together and one gets banned, it's likely not going to only be that one that gets banned.
tl;dr : If you're making different e-mails to believe that you're accounts will be safer, this is most likely not true if they're all botting together.
