Must prevent item from mailing HELP

i need to prevent 40772 from bieng mailed can someone tell me what to do i added it to protected items list then 3 seconds later it mailed it after restarting Honorbuddy GB2

please someone help me every time i start it now it goes to a mailbox and gets rid of my god dam items 40772 is a mining tool that i neeeeeeeed in order to mine

How many free spots do you have in your bag ? The profile tells the bot how many spots in your bag that shall be free, otherwise it will go and sell off some/mail

Try to change the entry and the name, maybe you misstyped a character or something.

was added to profile didnt mail it yet going to try force mail and see if it mails it then

There's always an alternative to remove the mailbox cords in the profile, I rarely fill my 136 (-1 one for hs) bag slots

The <ProtectedItems> element is the wrong place to be looking. Protected Items prevents Honorbuddy from selling the item--not from mailing it.

Check your <hb_install_dir>/ForceMail.xml. Honorbuddy ships with a default one that should *not* include that item. Also, check your profile and see if the Item is in a <ForceMail> element within your selected profile.

The item would have to be one of these two places for Honorbuddy to be mailing it.

Not sure how the mailing works in GB botbase for HB, but for GB you left the items you did not want it to touch in your backpack slots.
If Hawker stole most of the source from the original GB then it might still work.

Funny, I was trying to prevent <Item Name="Encrypted Twilight Text" Entry="20404" /> from being mailed, I followed the steps up there, and it is still mailed. Is there an If condition or something I can use not to mail this?
