Multishot Spam - Help with settings

I have a UE multishot build following in a 4 man group and it's somewhat worthless. It will fire off MS once every few seconds if I am lucky. I have tried modifying the trinity DH combat files multiple ways and trinity setting without much luck. Anyone know the right combination to get the MS spamming?

Have been playing with this: TargetUtil.ClusterExists(45, 2): 45,3, 45,1...
