MultiProfile

Hi,
i?m looking for a MultiProfile like

1.) Go Farming
2.) Send to alt
3.) Swith to alt
4.) Brng evrything to ah
5.) Go farming rnd Profile with Farmer

There was one for Cata but i don?t find one f?r MOp. If i use the search i don?t find one.
Can Somebody post me one?

and incase you want it, the entry ID for the Pandaria portal for Alliance"215457" and Horde "215424".
