Multiple Folder Hierarchy SVN Update

You can right-click on a folder and use SVN update, you can hold ctrl while left-clicking to update multiple folders in the same directory, but how do you go about updating all your folders in your HB folder?
Example: I want to update "Kick's Profiles", "HB Relog", "CCs", "Bots", "Plugins". Is there a .bat command for this or something within Tortoise that applies this action?

i think rapidsvn will do this for you

or maybe you can just select them all and click update? not 100% sure
