I just want to know if i set few diablo 3 accout to use same paypal accout . will i be ban for this ?

zippysticks said it correctly, there is no public knowledge of what raises flags for additional investigation, and what links accounts together for banning procedures. Just speculations.
Judging from the incomplete information I have, I wouldn't do it. This would be based on an opinion, not facts.
