Multiple D3 Clients to run multiple bots

Hey Everyone

Started bot'ing a while ago and really starting to enjoy it now *evil grin*

Do you have to run VM to get multiple D3 clients to run?

I would like to go up to 6 or 8 bots but want to do it on one pc ...

What would be the best way to do it?

I tried to copy my D3 installation folder last night and had them renamed to D3.1 and D3.2 ... started up the one client and logged in, then i started D3.2 but it gave me a msg saying the D3 client is already running. I have seen videos of guys that run 10 bots on one pc but i have no idea how to do it ...

I cant even find something on google purely because i have no idea what to search for as i have no idea what they call it ... :o

Any help would be appreciated .....

right click on the 2nd d3 go to properties in the target at the end type in " -launch" then press ok and run it

Finally got it to work

should look like this

"D:\Diablo III\Diablo III.exe" -launch

you need to add it outside the "" marks and have a space between " and -launch
 
More efficient.

Here when i setup just 1 bot my GPH move to 440k/h, 2 bots 400k/h 4 bots 330k/h.

I have lower speed HD, well not soo lower but is not SSD :). I have 4 copys of D3 in 2 Hds i think this lower performance of bot is case have many copys, if i Setup one VM i get more GPH?
 
well the vmware will take even more resorces on your computer so it will run even slower so your gph will probably go down.
