Multiple accounts - 1 paypal. Not working anymore?

I've been restoring my operation since the banwave and right now I've encountered this situation. Before I could easily tie 1 paypal account accross many accounts, now I cannot do so. I've tried with 2 different paypals already, both are accepted only once and then - some weird mistake pops up. Anyone have multiple accounts on 1 pp at this time? Am I doing something wrong, or did they close this possibility?

Pretty sure I read a month or so ago that there is indeed some new "error" that Blizzard put in that prevents people from doing this. Either way not a big deal for me, I just send any valuable stuff and gold to my clean main every few days.

I have multiple accounts tied to 1 paypal, and no issues.......... so far!
