Multiboxing

Ok so my 5 man team of RAF toons running dungeonbuddy is going great so far in fact I cant believe how well it works so thanks devs . I did some searching on the forum and found the RAF plugin that is now not supported so I was after some suggestions from anybody that has multiboxed 5 toons whilst running HB.

My goal other than farming honor and valor for gear is to do old raids like firelands icecrown etc. If I want to farm while controlling one charatcer is it better for me to set it up as a multibox with software and assist macros then HB for the routines? Or is there a different and easier way to have the followers assist me with HB. I'm sorry for my newbness but I was curious to see if HB had a easy way to do it before I head down the multibox setup

I would suggest controlling the tank and have the 4 others following with the botbase LazyRaider. (1 healer and 3 dps) they will auto follow the tank etc.

I have not used Lazyrider does it have a assist leader option?

Yes. It follows the tank and target the same target etc. Just look it up in the BotBases forumpart.

Thanks svenstar I did see that thread but it seems a bit out of date. My toons are at 86 atm as soon as I hit 90 ill have a play with the setup on Lazyrider and see how it goes. Thanks for the help though

Hey! just wondering how you are multiboxing? Do you have 5 HB client running and do you run them on same pc?

5 toons and HB's will run pretty fair on most machines. If you are running dungeons you can use the random dungeon feature, but with 5 you will need to go into the Dungeon Finder manually and activate it. A group of five will do their thing in dungeons. Alternatively you can enter by the door with a group and they will most times take over.
