So two friends and I were considering multi-botting together, I've done some research and only found a plugin called SimpleFollow. Most of the people are claiming it has major issues and such some are having no issues at all. I'm pretty good when it comes to setting up bots and settings for profiles/plugins, however I wanted to get more information from some people that may be already successfully multi-botting. Or maybe there is another way to multi-bot that I have not found yet.

Question 1. Best setup for a 3 man team (for the bot of course), current plan: one healing monk and two dps static monks.

Question 2. Is SimpleFollow good enough to actually make this all work? Any input would be appreciated as I'd have to upgrade my key to work with this so I want to be sure I wouldn't be just wasting $40.

Question 3. Is it even worth it to multi-bot a 3 man team, or would I really need a 4th for "super xp"?

Also just throwing it out there but I really wish they would implement this feature into the bot directly, I'm sure it would make a LOT of people happy as solo play is much slower.

Simplefollow is relatively easy to setup. From what you mentioned, you will have 3 separate PCs doing the botting.

I currently do a full party with SimpleFollow and it has been running great. It has some minor issues such as tweaking the mob trash radius so the DPS won't run off and get owned (it will still happen but at least not as often) 1 run healing monk , SC monk, U6 monk and Proc Zader (exp build). It works great for farming exp. The trick for you is the ensure you tweak the followerservice.cs file to point to the correct server. By default, it assumes localhost is the server and it assumes you to multibot on the same box. I currently run all 4 D3 instances in my PC and it runs well.

Also, there is a limitation on inviting party member, it only invites 3 players on your friends list and it only invites the top 3 on your list. I could be wrong and I am sure others have better experience than I do.

Hope this little information help
