Multi-Bot Questions

I am thinking about running multiple bots on my computer and before i get into it i have a few questions:
1) Is anyone running upwards of 2 bots on one computer on same IP without ban?

2) Can two accounts share the same paypal or does that throw a red flag?

3) How can i get multiple D3's to run and relog on multiple accounts?

4) Is it really neccesary to have 1 "safe" account to store goods and gold?

5) Anything else i should know before getting into this?

***I'm looking to bot 24/7 for the $$$ all on one computer.

Just a quick note, if you are worried about getting IP banned, dont be, because you will surely be banned for 24/7 quicker.

1: yes, people run up to 8 with virtual machines, hardware id changers, fresh installs of d3 (to eliminate software id), *****, etc.
2: lol don't do it.
3: Refer to 1.
4: This will get banned with the other accounts. They will look at where your bots' shit ends up, and you'll have an account with bils of gold and never entered a game or used ah
5: yeah, don't do it unless you have a beast of a computer ($2000+ for 6-8 bots), proxies, and a wealth of experience with computers, which i'm assuming you don't have. If you do run multiple bots, I suggest 4 at one time in the same game with the new co-op botting plugin. Monster health per person will be WAY down, and their damage is the same so each toon takes 1/4 the normal damage (they can't target all of you!). Runs will be faster, gear cheaper (need less surv because so little damage intake), and you can max out mf for great drops. I suggest 1x barb (shouts), 2x monk (mantras), 2x dps (i prefer wiz, but they can be hard to itemize/expensive in comparison to a dh).

Been selling on 2 dif. acc with the same paypal on it.
And account info / mail on one of bnet account was diffirent than on paypal (mail).

No ban so far. It is all about luck ... one friend of mine came to bot diablo and he went that act 1 sarkh or w/e it is.
And he got banned within 48hours while i was botting act 3 core 1,5 months before that 24/7 ...

4. "Mule" accounts usually don't get banned, but you can expect to get fucked.

I've been botting 3 accounts 24-7 for about 3 months. Safe so far. 2 on one comp and another in a vm on my main comp

I'm botting 4 accounts on one pc, just using one V P N connection and I could easylie bot 2-3 more accounts without having hardware problems. D3 doesn't need much resources when you aim for lowest quality so don't spend to much money for a pc.

Are you using VMWare or ISBoxer? or just using -launch?

Yo, whats your CPU?

I run 4 bots on my Amd-Fx 4170 (4 cores, 4.5 GHZ) but my cpu stays at 100% and sometimes gets laggy.... I dont want to talk if id use VMware, i wouldnt be able to use 4 bots then, i tought of upgrading to a 8 core amd 3,6ghz but not sure if that can double my D3 instances, i would like to have 8 bots running not 4 .

PS: i do it all from the same pc without vmware and stuff, 1 mule account, no ban yet. In the past ive used vmware for each bot etc, when the banhammer came, all accounts went down the drain

Co-op botting is just now learning how to walk and talk. Needs more testing and time before any true answer can be given.

Yes i am using -launch 4 clients.

When it was sarkoth mode i used vmware on 4 different accounts, each different mac adress and V P N for each. When the ban came, all my accounts got hit except 1 that was doing core (but the most obvious botting account, strange). So it was either a sarkoth ban zone or vmware didnt do anything to protect me ^^ so since then i am not using vmware anymore. Just going plain straight.

PS: + vmware is a myth i think because lets face it in an open areea like university wireless everyone share the same IP adress the only thing that differs its MAC. So if they would ban by Ip , they could ban everyone that played diablo even only one of them was botting. So ip adress ban is a myth now it remains the MAC adress problem wich is up to you to think of it ^^.

Do you using multiple folder? If i intended to use 1 folder only, is that possible without using VM or ISboxer? I have experience it's not possible, but i abandon DB for sometimes, wondering any new methods for DB to do so...

So has anybody actually successfully botted 2 characters together over night or anything? I'll have a monk to 60 tonight and want to try it with my super geared barb and just see how it goes.
