A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for Diablo III. The account action detailed below was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole. Though we are unable to discuss the outcome of our investigation due to privacy concerns, rest assured that this incident has been looked into very thoroughly and appropriate action taken on all accounts involved.

Offence: Abuse of Game Mechanics
The distinction between exploiting bugs and abusing game mechanics is a fine one. While bug exploitation involves the abuse of what is essentially a programming mistake, the abuse of game mechanics is the act of taking advantage of the limitations of the Diablo III game systems. Since the line between the sanctioned use and the abuse of game mechanics is sometimes unclear, we prefer to educate players before taking any action against the account being used. This category includes using/distributing game mechanics in a manner unintended by their design that:
* Damages another hero, their gameplay, the service itself and/or its economy
1) Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned) No (Never used it)
2) If not, when was the last time?: Never
3) If using a public profile please name it here: Didnt use
4) How did you level your characters? Please give some details - Hand leveled manually without exploits or anything.
5) What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Nil
6) What plugins are you using?: None
7) How many hours per day did you bot for?: Never
7.5) What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? Never
8) How many auctions per day did you have?: 4-6
8.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)? Yes
9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits? No
10) Was your account involved in gold selling? Yes (To RMAH ONLY)
11) What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)? EUROPE
Guys i used this account for RMAH only, it belonged to my gf (She's in turkey) and i was accessing it from different country, also using lots of bots from my IP, i think the mule account (Gf's account) Got banned because of my bots and they got linked.
Please tell me is there any chance of Recovery?
If yes, tell me what should i tell blizzard ? Should i ask my gf to tell blizzard that her account was compromised? Or just ask them i didnt bot or so?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
