Depending on how you purchased. Go to the bank responsible for giving the funds and dispute the purchase to get your money back. It could possibly be justified that someone hacked the account. Worth a shot.

Unfortunately in the case of POE the game itself is free, as is your account.. And upon making that account you did sign their TOS, so they have every right to close it if you break that TOS regardless of how much money you spent after that.
