MSVCP110.dll Issue

When I try to run the software I get the below error pic attached.
I have tried reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 & Net Frameworks as suggested in the forums however this did not fix the issue...

Im running Windows 7 Pro N

What other information do you need I have no idea what to do.

Installation Errors? Try BuddyDependency wizard
run it as admin
After that restart your pc.
