MS Window..indicating cannot start demonbuddy

I start up demonbufddy as always...this time around i get through the cd-key and the load screen then MS Windows pops up and says cannot run demonbuddy and have to shut down DB. I tried the uninstalling the c++ redistributable and reinstalling DB etc etc but i get same deal ...any help be great

are you sure you followed these?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

same thing is happening...tried the provided uninstall and install 4 times ....DB still not working. please advise

i upgraded to win 10...DB still does not work. i do not have skype
