MS Droped!!!!

I have a problem , my ms always fell a lot when I turn on the honorbuddy , anyone know how to fix this , I always play with 100+ ms and the buddy ta fell to 25

It's a bot meaning it does not matter if you have 100fps or 25fps.
For a more detailled answer we need more info about your system and a complete logfile.
