Movement Issues spam clicking = stutter stepping

so since updating it seems to sporatically just stutter step everywhere idk how else to describe it but rather than fluetly moving from point to point it takes half a step stops for a split second finishes step and so fourth

seems to only happen when I am without pet after manually calling pet it stopped twitching and poceeeded walking normally also tried adjusting tick rate which had no effect
