Problem solved for me!
i installed win7 64bit on another hdd and the bot works great, no mouselook lag anyome

i have 64bits windows 7 and having same issue
lagg and stuck when moving mouse..

Issue FIXED for me!

I set my mouse polling rate to 500Mhz, down from 1000Mhz on my Logitech G9x. You can use a program called mouserate to measure your current polling rate.
