mouse cursor and hotkeys

Just wondering, is it possible to program crew training bot the same way as with autoit, but as a plugin? Just wondering if we have access to move the mouse, and click certain things? But I guess the biggest issue is, with autoit, we have the image search, but still.

Or would it be stupid to/too easy to detect/ban able with doing crew skills too?

I would love to see a plugin for running crew skills, even if just one type at time. I am not a programmer, but I am trying to learn from what others have done in the plugins to see if its possible. I believe their is a 'class' in BW for this CrewSkillMissionOption. Not sure how to fully use this or if it even has the ability to initiate the missions. I am hoping someone way smarter than me can figure this out.
