FIXED
Alright solution: Go train flying prior to getting to the Outlands. Otherwise it'll keep attempting to purchase the training from NPC's that don't train that particular flying skill.
(This is due to the profile being a flying profile.)

If you're Horde, train riding from this guy in Orgrimmar first [Revi Ramrod]
Revi Ramrod - NPC - World of Warcraft

Once you get Journeyman from him, go to this guy and train the rest and you should be set. [Maztha]

If Moving to Type: QuestPickUp is being spammed in your logs,
Pick up the quest that it's requesting manually, if you can't find this quest do a search on WoWhead for its location.

Note: I'm already at the requested coordinates, nothing is there. Its standing still and moves back each time I move it.

Updated it and started it, still doing it.

Even abandoned the quest and restarted it. Still doing the same exact thing.

Sorry about all of this by the way, I'm not sure if its due to me doing something out of the ordinary or I'm just running into a lot of bad luck. Either way I'm messing around with some other profiles while I wait.
