From what I have gathered it has moved into the profiles themselves and is controlled by the profile you use. There seems to be a possible plugin that will fix this or maybe a way to edit the profiles. I know I dont have much info on it but I do think it is something that should be controlled by the player to keep bot from spamming the mount in a zone.
