Why this location rather than Elemental platue?
Well first of all I think its to risky botting there. I have seen to many people going there and farming themselves. So therefor I would like another profile for a more "safe" place to farm on. Since my last bot account got banned, I'm being more careful now with choosing my spot to farm.

Why not just make it yourself? Well, I can whip it up if you give me some hotspots, a mailbox with X Y Z (optional), a vendor with X Y Z and the faction of the NPC.
