Most Recent update causing MASSIVE lag

Pretty much the title, the new update that was release, I'm assuming a few minutes ago? Keeps having some MASSIVE (caps for a reason) lag on the game.
Causing it to basically go about 1 frame per 2 seconds. the culprit that is causing this is the "Now creating the GrantedEffectsPerLevel cache."

"Now creating the GrantedEffectsPerLevel cache." is only called once and then re-used as needed, so it's not that.

I'll need a full log though to try and diagnose the issue you are having.

There was just a client update, so try the next version and see if it still happens for you once it's deployed, it'll be beta #1396+.

It is calling it every time it attempts to walk.
I attempted to reinstall it but no avail...

New version is out, but please try a clean install without any extra plugins not included by default first to see if the issue exist, then try your previous setup.

The code will only call that if the GGPK files aren't loaded yet, so I think it's something with your client install possibly.

And it couldnt have been low fps, the plug in doesnt even exist for me haha.
