Most efficient way to run Grifts cycling with Neph rifts?

Hi all, not sure where this post should belong to so apologise for posting it in the main threads.

My question is for the greater rift profile it runs neph rifts if it doesnt have any grift stones, but what do people usually do that's most efficient? Do you farm hundreds of grift keys and then run grift profile? My only problem is if I run grifts I don't use speed builds as I tend to run the high grifts, but makes my neph rifting so much slower than your any class speed builds. Which means i'd have to be switching builds when i farm neph rift and then switch back to grift which can be a pain unless i make an alt for speed rifting.

Any suggestions what the best way is to have the bot run the neph and greater rifts more efficiently? Just wondering how to make it more efficient as when you run too many bots it's getting quite hard to keep track.

Speed farm a few hundred, then you can switch builds to power through the higher level GRifts, rather than continous switching of gear/skills etc. Also, while it doesn't gain massive exp during the neph rift phase, it'll gain loads through the GRift phase.
You could speed farm both 1 neph, then 1 GRift, but you'd have to lower the Grift slightly, which IMO wouldn't be too bad, The NEPH rift works as the "pool" farm, and then you've got a key for your GRift.

I'm doing pool farm and gem auto leveling, could be faster but with tx frequently dropping 2x GR keys I wake up to a decent stash to then play my zBarb manually and push gems that much higher before using for augments.

I just leave it on the grift profile, and check the options to run rifts if it needs keys or if it needs to find an XP pool. The pools really help boost the XP during the grifts. Why waste your pools just running rifts over and over, if you have to do the rifts anyway for keys?

If you have a spec that rarely dies (i.e. doesnt waste pools) then it reaches a nice equilibrium somewhere around 1200 paragon. This is where the amount of XP pool that you burn through during a grift roughly balances out with how many rifts you need to run for keys. I was getting upwards of 150B/hr as a crusader last season doing this. The LON crusader script is a bit wonky now with changes to Trinity, but it's still pulling close to that.

I'm running Grift profile + neph rifts for pool of reflection (and keys) with LoN crusader, all in one, and i get around 160b/hr. Running 75 Grift but i think i could do even higher without dying.

I think you're better off speed running GR 70 and pools. Less chance of dying and can probably clear GR70 in about 4 minutes.
I'm currently doing this without esoteric and using bane of powerful with Akkharat Rally Rune, Laws of Hope (run speed), Consecration Bed of Nails, Firewalkers and In-Geom with Mortal Drama cubed.
Averaging around 200b/hr.
