Most efficent way to farm gold - 1 month after the release

Let's speak just for the gatherbuddy part... ofc we could include the mats farming through HB.

The first weeks i started farming herbs and ores. I milled every herbs into inks and i crafted a lot of darkmoon cards and i prospected ores to get gems.

The first days i sold quite well a lot of blue gems, but soon a lot of ppl put them too into the auction house. Same thing for darkmoon decks, quite a lot of ppl are farming herbs to craft them. I personally feel bad selling a lot of mats through AH. Impossible to get profit just smelting ores into bars and selling them to the vendor like we did in wotlk.

We had also to include that 10hours of botting gives more or less 400-500 harvests. It's not that much compared to what we had in sholazar basin.

What are u guys doing to have the most benefit?

During the first few weeks I was straight selling the raw materials, with the crazy high prices and the amazing speed at which auctions where being bought up I wasn't worried about how much I listed. I never listed absolutely crazy amounts and if I had built up a stock I would try to find private buyers or send some to a few different characters to list in the AH. I made approximately 150k gold doing this, in about 2 weeks (on one account). I don't know if this is good average or bad but it made me plenty happy as I don't sell gold I just use it for my self.

I am now doing a combination of selling in the AH, to private buyers and crafting to consume my matts. While my intake has dropped I have a small stock pile of cards to list now that the darkmoon faire is here. I expect to make a pretty penny this week and hope to cap it off nicely this weekend when people are desperate to complete those decks they have been working on. So far this week I have made about 15k ish and about 40 darkmoon cards with 1 complete set (Bad luck imo)

I'm pretty happy with the results I am seeing personally.

from my experience is better to NOT sell trinkets during the darkmoon faire week.. just turn in ur deck and wait 1 week after the faire.you will get more gold

Hm really???? I will have to give this a try, I am currently leveling my second farmer bot so next time DMF comes around I will have plenty to test with
