Monk's Sweeping Wind buff for Inna's set

Hey there

For Monk's Sweeping Wind buff, Trinity is doing quite good currently.
But for Monks who have Inna's set, the ability costs only 5 Spirit.
So is it possible to make the Sweeping Wind as/or like a buff ?
Or make it to check if we have the Sweeping Wind buff when any Monster in range ?

Current monk's ability .cs file is able to keep/continue the buff some times when out of combat,
but for the most rest of time, it will only tick Sweeping Wind together with some other abilities only when the Spirit reserves to 100 or 100%.

I've tried to read/modify Monk's ability .cs file,
as I'm neither a programmer, nor I have any C++ knowledge,
so I can't even hv a chance to understand a single sentence in it .

If you can post me where/how to modify the .cs file to make it come true,
it would be my very honor.

no idea what you mean, but if you have inna set and you tell trinity you have inna set.
it will keep refreshing sweeping winds every 4 seconds to keep buff up.

thats it basically and it keeps it up pretty well.
