Monks are not casting sweeping wind at time? in .79

I think it has something with greater rift resetting buff but function getBuff is not working properly.

xzjv: The reason you cant reproduce this is because you only let it run for a short time a main bot. The first time you start the bot Sweeping wind is cast, however, after a few Grift runs AS A FOLLOWER, sweeping wind is no longer cast. Not sure if this help but my equipment is : 2 piece sunwoku + 5 piece Raiment of thousand storms + royal grandeur ring + kyoshiro's souls belt. Funny thing is I did manually cast it and kyoshiro kept it up, however, after a few rung it just completely disappeared and bot no longer cast it again.

@xzjv: I figured out how to reproduce the problem where Monks do not cast sweeping wind. It looks like if you have two monks in a bot party who happen to have sweeping wind only one of the monks will cast sweeping wind.
