I've been using LoN-LTK build
DB found it as default routine but it works pretty well.
But it uses Cyclone Strike like every 2.5 secs and spent too much resource.
I just want it to use CS every 5 seconds to get the buff of Lefebvre's Soliloquy.
Would you tell me how to edit the routine file?
