Monk Randomly Stopping

I just started botting a monk (my demonhunter is working flawlessly) and for some reason, the bot keeps trying to use Tempest Rush (in Trinity settings, min spirit is set to 80). Does anyone have a fix for this? Essentially, the monk just stands in place trying to use a skill, and then 5 seconds later the monk will move and start using a spirit generator.

What vers trinity use? I have this problem, but we must try old version like dh combat.
