Monk problems ?

Hello, im using a act 3 profile but im having problems with my monk,
specially on succubus i barely hit, mostly just running around and they die by my mantra of conviction.

Im using fist of thunder -> thunderclap, but it barely ever teleports to the target. Only me having these problems ?

Same exact issues for my monk, but all the other classes work fine. Anyone else?
