Monk NEVER uses Mystic Ally Anyone :(

Since the new update of Trinity, my monk never casts Mystic Ally.

Anyone else having this issue? I got excited when I read that this update should make COE Cold and Water Ally work together for Innas, but it
just seems to not work at all now.

Help would be appreciated,
