Does life on hit and life leech work off the dmge you do with Sweeping winds?

And if i use weapon swap with a 2h skorn with 5% life leech does it give me 5% life leech from sweeping winds? since it takes a snapshot of the weapon after it has switched back to dual wield?

life steal works off all dmg you do.
life on hit doesn't work with sweeping winds

if you use swap with 2h life leach then yes it snapshots the life leach
