I am having an issue with my monk at the moment which is that it is not spamming the abilities nearly as fast as it should. Does the combat routine have set numbers for the cooldowns and doesn't take into account CDR? if it does cooldown reduction does it take into account temporary buffs to CDR such as from the legendary gem? I have the option set to mantra spam but it certainly does not spam it even every 3 seconds. Using the beta DB atm, any advice would be great
