Monk Brewmaster - CR

I'm a fresh monk level 100 and i was wondering which one of these 2 CR (HazzMonk or TuanHA Monk) is better in the tank spec.
i have already tested them but i would life to have some customers's thought about these CR.

Personal thought on this, TuanHA's i've used to level and to tank N HFC and it not only tanks but it has a Huge dps. so TuanHa's is worth.

I only own TuanHA's routine, so I can't give you what you seek. I can however tell you I'd recommend his routine in a heartbeat.
