you can switch overawe to annihilation dependin on how fast you clear,the 30%movement speed really worth it depending on profile

this is what i am using atm. i use the demon crafted set for the huge fire resist and one with everything makes it all resist. tanky as shit so you pretty much never die.

This is the best ive found, i have 1.2mill toughness and 200k+ dps in fights. BUt i only use thunderclap as i have Thunderfury legendary with the lightening proc + extra lightening damage to aoe. Only have 2 inna's set bonus and the rest are really... really good items.

Its got great surv even on T4, Has damage and stun ability to stop the enemy attacking you briefly. Has the heal from Breathe of heaven plus the short damage boost, extra lightening damage with cyclone - sweeping wind. Explosive palm - the flesh is weak for aoe MESS!! - Hit one... aoe the rest boom... all dead. Oh and mantra of conviction because.... damage.
Sieze the initutive for 30% armor to not take as much damage Combo strike for 10% damage over 3 seconds and one with everything for the bonus resist!

Ahh okay. It seemed to work fine tbh. But I'll look into it.
You'd be wrong about that. Combination strike does work with one spirit generator.
I found this build to be the fastest doing t6 cota runs with 280k unbuffed 360k buffed 1.4m toughness. Lashing tail kick with the plus light dmg im hitting for 4mill Monk - Game Guide - Diablo III

Your build is going to depend on your gear. In my bot party two of my monks are lightning based, one using lashing tail and deadly reach while the other uses cyclone and fist of thunder. The third monk is holy using cyclone w/ the heal rune for group guiding light buffing. If you get gear with + skills or damage type then spec for that.

Make sure you adjust the difficulty level so that you can one-hit-kill every white mob. Then in your build, annihilation rune of conviction mantra is necessary to achieve the fastest farming build.
