Load up the builds u want from diablofans and start adding the items from there...

It's really personal, I got a pretty end game itemlist, but some items like focus/restraint are not select as ancient, because u can get a pretty close to GG without being ancient, u will just lose on secondary stats, for example...

And a few other things, best way is for you to make your own, it's really fast will take u like 15-30 min tops, since trinity makes it really easy...

I can share mine tho if u want, but I don't think it would suit ur needs, it's very specific to mine...
