Money back or new key!!

Hey so ive recently bought a demonbuddy trial key to test this and well yeah i wasnt really suprised by this....

1. it dosent say before you buy it that you can only close and open it 3 times...
2. keeps crashing so those 3 times runs out way to quick so yeah its basicly not a trial its just a waste of money...

So yeah my question is can i get my money back or a new key couse i dont really just wanna waste my money...

if you could give a new key can i eventually get some help with the program couse you apprently also needed profiles and stuff which made no sense to me couse i could only find old ones...

You might have wanted to do your research before making a purchase. Since the new patch started, the program has run into its fair share of difficulties. Pm a mod or use the support section.

At the top of the Buddy Forum website, click on Buddy Auth, log on, go to sessions, and use the kill option on the sessions that closed due to DB crashes.

Also, a while back with a honorbuddy key there was a big update, i contacted support and they could see that there was time that i legit could NOT use the key, so they reimbursed, actually OVER imbursed me, so if you have an issue go to support
