You can level to 20 with HB :)

I think quests are even authorized with trial, and mix mode too (grind+bg)

Your wrong about making out there was no tripwire when there was and your correct about it being in the past and it should stay there.

But to clear up the question's and rumours again...

Hard to explain what happened so ill keep it small, Warden updated and caught GB (was not aiming for GB but it got caught in the crossfire) but as people know blizz dont instant bann they hold back to make a mass bann wave, while GB was getting detected Hawker release the tripwire but it didnt trip due to there being no changes in warden so when blizz pushed the big red ban wave button and people started screaming and moaning that the Tripwire didnt work before they knew the fact's on what happened.

If you recall, Warden detected us BEFORE we put Tripwire in. In fact, the very first thing that happened when we got Tripwire working was that we closed all bots but of course it was too late then.

Alright, so am I safe botting on my main account so long as I use gatherer and I am cautious. Any tips for safety?
 
Yeah, don't bot more than 8hr a day, do pve or arena etc.
Don't spam AH, don't sell at too low prices etc.

Actually I bot 24/7 and doo all dangerous stuff, never been ban :)
Just avoid pvp like WSG, too much reports

If you want to farm. Gatherbuddy is the only one that flys at moment. So above skill 275 in mining/herbing Gatherbuddy is the only one worth anything. If you want to level/bg/farm at low level or low level herbs/ore, Honorbuddy is the way to go. If you buy Gatherbuddy lifetime you get three sessions to use on either bot. Just make sure you make the right choice when buying. If you have more questions make sure to ask.
 
To level mining & Herbing defo use Honorbuddy till you go to Outland then use gatherbuddy from then on for leveling.

Gatherbuddy sucks major ass with ground mount farming, its totally awesome for flying mount farming though

Hmm it was a very long time ago, i apolligise to Tony ofc for stateing him wrong and to the people i might of miss-informed in this thread.

Anyway's back on topic, I was indeed a member of Mimic quite some time back myself aswell as the other 2 bot's there dev's created (Gremlin / Aio, there dev's said they left the Mimic project) and out of 10 for support, product usage, security and uptime i would'nt give them a 1/10 since they were totally rubbish, from them bot's i ended up jumping on board with the pirox bot, i liked his bot but it took to much time setting up and it was all about creating macro's to run the bot and i hate them kind of thing's, from then on i done abit of searching around before coming across GB on Mmowned, there was some good review's so i thought i would take a gamble and it paid of, HB was in early stage beta when i joined and when i was testing it i fell in love with it since the support was always there and there nav system was far more superior then standard waypoint's it also used Fightbook's (CC's) which was a extra plus for me :)

You should come and join the HB/GB community you wont regret it :)

Used WoWMimic for a month, but while searching the net, i found Honorbuddy and gave it a try. Its brilliant! U will not regret it :P IMO, HB looks alot less botish than WoWMimic.
 
i lost about 40-50(most 80s) accs on mimic banwaves. devs havet care about secure against warden, its piece of shit
