:) Ocktra has been posting screenshots of glider being run currently and has been saying glider will probably be reopening soon. Who else is really excited? ;)

we can only hope that they were allowed to work on glider even when they werent allowed to distribute it otherwise it will take a couple of months to get the code up to snuff. They aren't giving much info yet.

Lol watch when its released it having every feature HB and GB has and cupholders with it.
 
Hmm, dunno. I think a only grind bot is quite outdated also it had many banwaves, back 2 classic is not always the best choice.
However I'm just fine with H/GBuddy.
 
why do you guys think that glider is going to be better than HB?
 
lol.... HB is millllllleessss better than Glider was.... PPather was the true genius in glider. Stickin with Buddyyyyyyyyyyy!

The community was way better, administrators much more concerned about safety and vocal, and they made sure nobody glided when it wasn't safe and they could prevent it. I trust them and know they have a lot of tricks up there sleeves to stay competitive.
 
True, but i doubt they would use the same old system. They probably stalked Bosslands forum and did everything he did lol.
 
I love glider, their admins were as paranoid about looking like a non-bot as the users.
 
I do miss glider. The users were all just as abusive, but the Devs were much more accessible, and yeah, seemed more concerned I guess.
 
Nah, Word is they are going to Start with Basic Glider and make sure it's stable, then build on it.
As far as being competitive with buddy... I think they wil offer slightly diff products.

and for the guy that said they had several banwaves... no more than GB has :-P

if there's something your concerned about, you can always send a pm to a forum moderator, we can contact the devs directly and answer any concerns you may have.
 
I saw those posts too. I'm more happy about Blizzard getting smacked around a bit after the many years of this mess. Its a breath of fresh air for all bots to rule the world!

As per which is better, just like everyone said, glider has been gone for along time, so we will see =)

I think they are pointing out that the mods/devs are a little less "personal" when it comes to service and they generalize to micromanage their customer base... instead of taking everyone's problems as their own. I do feel HB/GB forums do LACK customer service. But that's normal from someone who is affiliated with dev's from MMOWNED.com...
 
They put in a bug report to reduce the amount of spam on the forums and to increase the accuracy of resolving the issues with the bot. Yup, that lacks customer service :rolleyes:. As for MMOWNED.com, I'm not sure what your getting at. Yes HB/GB picked up a few developers from that site but they are very amazing at what they can do with programming and bringing those features to us.

I loved Glider, but now using HB/GB there are so many more features that I see was lacking on Glider. And no, I'm not trying to start anything, I am merely stating that these mods and developers work hard to keep the bot running aswell implementing more features that better the usage of the bot and give a better experience.

So to the mods and developers, thanks for the hard work!
