Mixed mode not working

Hi There,

For the past few months I've had a lot of trouble running mixed mode, it never seems to work successfully. Been trying questing with BG buddy, BG buddy works but when it switches back to questing nothing happens and it just idles until the next BG.

Could anyone enlighten me please?
