mixed mode garrison buddy/bg buddy working well for awhile then stops

Using the mixed mode, garrison buddy/ BG buddy while inside my garrison. This way he will keep up the follower missions all while doing BGs. It will work well for awhile but randomly it will just stop while in the garrison and wont queue anymore and just stands still. Heres my last log. When this happens I hit stop but the "stop" button does not change back to "start" and will eventually lock up and wont close. I always have to ctrl alt delete it. Heres my last log when it happened just now.

the only thing i can suggest is NOT using mixed mode, ether use one botbase or the other.
