Anyone having luck with ranking in BRF Heroic or Mythic with store routines?

Appreciate anyone who may be free to inbox me to start a discussion on how I can be successful with the rotations that are available (i currently own them all)

I've tried multiple settings for Oracle and Tuah (ranked 90% on gruul but that was it) and the output just isnt there even after settings manipulations before and during fights.

What talents are you using?
What other healers are you running with on the raid team?

Talents:
Celerity
Chi Burst
Power Strikes
Leg Sweep
Dampen Harm
Chi Torpedo
Pool Mists

Healer comp:

2 druids
2 paladins
1 holy priest

Ive tried modifying Tuah settings (ranked top 90% on gruul, but only produced 35k on mythic beastlord). Tried Jeffreys (from setting manager - Oracle) and still the HPS are low.
